Once we are sure of what our client wants to stand for then we fine tune the business objective. Thereafter define the service model/s and revenue model/s. The focus then shifts to building capability so that we can adhere to what our client’s desire to deliver. We then need to convert our team to believers and thus get their commitment. Profits and gains then follow.
